One of my all time favorite photos, a quiet street in the North End of Boston on a sleeting winter’s day.

Looking at these two gentleman you would never know it was one of the busiest days I have ever seen in the North End of Boston. Amidst all the chaos surrounding them, I loved how it looked peaceful.

This was an unexpected capture. Upon exiting the train I was trying to get a shot of the empty train car when the conductor walked into my shot. What I thought was ruined, became even better.

This scene really spoke to me, and I was glad I was able to capture it. The looks on the faces of the three on the left as they look at the protest, along with the woman protesting, speak volumes.

Not exactly “street” photography, but I still feel it belongs in this category. I did a double take when I saw this group of monks climbing on the rocks of the Petrified Forest National Park in Arizona.
